Panoramic Ocean Views

Project Background

Panoramic ocean views and prevailing ocean breezes provided some of the main assets in designing this private luxury home for a distinguished client’s paradise get away. A wish list of the house was to have clean modern design with a large central living/entertainment space that seamlessly connected to the exterior.

Design Approach

A central entry courtyard as well as a backyard entertainment deck extends the interior living to the exterior at both sides of the house. The back yard entertainment space accommodates with a full outdoor kitchen with an 8-person bar, lounge space with TV, 10-person dining table, sun deck with lounging chairs, a fire feature with seating, as well as an infinity pool and spa with integrated Baja sun deck.

Additional Hawaii-style living areas include a lounge and second outdoor kitchen under a lanai with a lattice roof connecting the prime bedroom and an en-suite bedroom with three additional en-suites to accommodate the host with multiple family and friends.

The house also provides two separate 2 car garages, an office, powder room, full laundry room and central courtyard serving as a natural entry to the complex.

Four of the bedroom suites, including the prime, also enjoy exterior shower enclosures fabricated from lava rock.

This custom home integrated a site-existing stone wall, natural elements, wood, rock and landscaping to seamlessly integrate with the site location.

The result is a stunning residence with sweeping ocean views.
