About Us
Synergy Design Development has been providing architectural services in the East Bay of San Francisco since 2014. Synergy participates in a wide range of residential and commercial projects and has strong partner relationships in the builder, interior and kitchen design, engineering and landscape verticals.
We focus on a limited set of jobs simultaneously, so that we can put a high level of attention on the most important one --- yours.
We also enjoy helping clients with limited project experience, we work closely with contractors early on to gain valuable input, and emphasize budget accuracy to minimize surprises along the way.
Synergy utilizes 3D design throughout each project, starting with a full 3D scan of the existing space. This helps clients experience the design more fully and provides valuable insights into how materials, fixtures, furnishings, clearances, hardscape, landscape, and other elements all interact within ths project environment.
Drew Pasek, Managing Director
Drew Pasek, Managing Director of Synergy Design Development, is an award winning and licensed architect in the states of California, Colorado and Texas. He has worked on projects throughout the US, including Hawaii. A core belief is that each project should be approached with thoughtful evaluation and precise execution. Listening, understanding and generating creative and innovative concepts in response to the client's objectives, needs and wishes is critical to a successful project. Drew creates the designs, generates the drawings in 3D, manages all engineers, consultants and contractors, and provides his clients with a complete vision and pathway to implementing their residential dreams.
After graduating with honors from Whitman College with a BA in Art History, Drew earned his Master's Degree in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Upon graduation, Drew and his wife moved to the Washington DC area where he worked for many prestigious architecture firms. During this time, Drew also received his LEED AP accreditation from the United States Green Building Council. Relocating to Walnut Creek in 2014, Drew started Synergy Design Development with the goal of generating beautiful and sustainable architectural works.
